Refund and Shipping Policy

Refund Policy 

In the event that your purchase doesn't work for you you can return your order  for store credit. Adapt de Lure does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Items must be returned within 7 days of the date your receive your order. Please return to the address printed on your shipping label.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed. 

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.

Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

 

Shipping Policy 

Standard Shipping (3-5 day processing) 

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday after 4pm Central standard time will not ship until the following Monday.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USP
